GameTube: Bulletstorm Kinect
Once again fans and hackers have proved that the only thing Kinect is good for are what the community does with it (thanks a lot Microsoft) by adapting one of my favourite games of this year, (I admittedly have a lot of favourites) Bulletstorm, to be played without a controller.
Seriously Microsoft, put down your Apple-Envy Phones and listen up: THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING WITH YOUR TECH. No more girly-wii copycat titles that sell to 11 year olds, an actual practically adaptation of a great, albeit underappreciated, title.
I mean, when he kicks in real life, he kicks in the game! Like, who needs anything more than that?
Granted, the FPS elements look a little dodgy and the skillshots could be pretty hard to pull off with an aiming system as inaccurate as that – but even if it was just the whip and the kick it would totally be worth it.
Seriously, one of the best things I’ve seen on Kinect so far. Just check it out.
